Too much too little (feeding)

Feeding has always been a huge issue with me. Some say feed multiple times a day others say once a day and still others will say every other day, which is correct?

I feed flake food or bloodworms once a day in the mornings, is that too little? Should I give them flakes in the morning and worms at night? Worms every other day and skip a day of flakes?

I'm puzzled.

its all who you ask. as long as your fish are happy your happy. IMO i would feed at least once a day. Just dont feed tubifex or micros too often or they can get parasites or hematoma like sores.
