Top Fin Aquariums

I've got 2 that I've been running for the past two years (a 15g and 29g) and just picked up a 55g that will be up and running in the next week. Never had any problems, very good and leak-free tanks!
I was looking at buying a larget Top Fin aquarium. It appears most Top Fin tanks are made by Perfecto. Top Fin is a store brand of Petsmart. Petsmart pays other companies to put the Top Fin logo on their products. They pay Perfecto to put the Top Fin logo on their tanks.
I've been involved in tropical fish for years and am having problems with Top Fin's 37 gallon tanks. The first tank had been up and running for over 2 years until recently it developed a leak sometime during the night and about 1/3 of the water leaked out before I had noticed the problem and was able to remove the fish and drain the tank. After it was drained, it appeared that the bottom seal had released and you could hear it opening. I returned the tank and got a new one which took a few weeks to setup and get my fish back in. It had been running a few days and again the tank started to leak at the bottom of the tank again. This time all water was drained, all fish were lost, and my home was flooded on the first floor and into the finished walkout basement. Needless to say, I took the tank back and called Pet Smart early in the morning. Has anyone had problems like this with Top Fin's Tanks?
I had a top fin 29g crack across the back after about a year of use. It was placed on a top fin 20l/29/37 stand, level and fully supported too. Very frustrating. Top fin is made by Marineland.
John, I would first verify there isnt an issue with your stand (is it unlevel or twisted/warped out of shape?
