TOP FIN brand aquariums quality...??

Has anyone had any experience with top fin brand aquariums. I am looking to buy a stand (Marineland) and 120 gal. aquarium (top fin) combo at petsmart for about $500. Seems like a good deal to me. Im just curious if anyone has an input on the quality and reliability of top fin brand aquariums. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

Never owned one, know a couple people who've bought smaller ones 55g or less the aquariums seem alright its just everything else they make thats junk, the tanks might be made by someone else.

I think the aquariums are all glass and the equipment is top fin. I have one, the tank is fine but the equipment leaves much to be desired haha

That sounds like a good deal from a petstore! Im sure that it is fine, they wouldnt produce an aquarium that wouldnt hold the water it was intended to! lol

i bought one with glass top and light just wanted the tank and top
light is cheap but tank is ok

I havent had a top fin. But my tetra tank (or whatever comes in the tetra kit at meijer) scratches very easily. Where as my marineland doesnt have any easily visible scratches.
