If you sure it has been cycled, you have to put some fishes. Otherwise, beneficial bacteria will be gone within two weeks at most due to the starvation.

Bacteria can go 4-6 months without a food source. They become dormant in the mean time.

Don't worry, I was believing that same info up to about 6 months ago. It's crazy how widespread misinformation can be...
