Transporting (not shipping) red cherry shrimp

Most likely I will have to take a train from my college to go back home so I will need something that I can close so water doesnt get sloshed out of it. But also have it small enough I will most likely get a tupperware container for the rcs and plants and a large box for the tank and tupperware container to go in for easier carrying

In that case, get a few plastic bags from your LFS and a priortiy mail box from your post office (both should be free) and bag them up, insulated them and put them in the box as if you are shipping them. Then just take the box with you. There should be no issues with that short amount of time in transport. A few inches of water and a few inches of air in the bag/double bagged should be completely sufficient.

There's one LFS in the town im in and one petsmart. I will try the LFS to see if I can buy some bags and if I cant ill go with tupperware

You shouldn't have to buy bags for that. even Petsmart should be willing to give you the 2 or 3 bags it will take you to transport the shrimp....the LFS should def be willing to give you a few bags. It's not like you are asking for 100 of them....I seriously doubt they would charge you.
