I believe he was refering to the fact that, because IE is so deeply integrated into Windows, a significant portion of the browser is always loaded into memory. When you click on the icon to open IE, Windows basically just wraps an interface around the engine already running. Mozilla and the rest have to load both the engine and UI. I believe Mozilla does have the option to start up part of it when you boot your computer and leave it running to put it on more equal footing with IE, but I never bother with it.Matak said:There is now an option to make Firefox the default browser with the program setup.
