My trip to Austin had an interesting side trip. We stopped at Fish R Us - Houston. It's actually in Conroe. Take 45N out of Houston to Hwy 242. Turn right and the store is 2.5 miles on the right.The store is large for a LFS. The store deals mainly in cichlids... about 54 tanks worth... not including angels (8 tanks) and a small selection of discus. A small saltwater section, a large plant section and a tiny FW selection rounded out the living things.They have a large food supply and a few other hard items rounded the rest of the store. The staff was very knowledgable... and cute. They helped diagnose the gourami illness and provided me with some flagyl to combat it.Prices on the hard goods seemed very slightly high, but it's the only store 8've seen with 125g tanks (yes more than one) for sale.It's a good store.
