I know, that's why there are smilies, but sometimes they're not used...or if you're like me, someone who's found to many smilies annoying, you just tune them out.

I, too, used to find smilies annoying until I started posting regularly. It turns out that my dry sense of humor doesn't come across so well in writing... :huh: I now appreciate it when others use smilies, too!
