I have a new 10 Gallon tank and have 1 glofish and 1 guppie that have survived the entire time which is about a month now. RUnning filter rocks habitat and i feed twice a day just a bit so they eat it all.

But My problem is that 1 Angelfish, 2 swordtails have died and they survived 3 to 4 days but then one by one passed away! I am shocked that these fish are dieing but the others are survivng.

WHATS WRONG?

Welcome to AC :) Sorry to hear you're having difficulties :(

Check those links kindly supplied to you regarding how to cycle a tank. Angelfish and swordfish, together or individually, would not have been very happy and/or very alive for long in a 10 gallon tank anyway.

Sounds like to me the tank was uncycled. Be careful about what you put into the ten that's a small tank and fish such as angels need larger than that-although it can be done I raised two angel babies in a ten gallon and then moved them to the thirty. Check in to cycling though.

I would read up on cycling (the articles posted are great) and get yourself familiarized with the nitrogen cycle. Also invest in a good liquid test kit, I recommend API master kit. It's accurate and not very expensive. Also...make sure to do LOTS of research before buying fish...it keeps you from making bad mistakes.

since glofish are just genetically modified zebra danios http://www.glofish.com/

-im pretty certain that they like to school as well so once you get your tank cycled i would look into buying at least 5 more for that tank. then just carry out your weekly water changes and you should be okay!!
