I actually think they are pretty cool, they just don't look like little aquatic people like in the pictures.
And you can feed them to your fish after they hatch!
 
well, i just went to the sea monkeys website because i was trying to find out how many eggs are in each packet. i think i read someone saying that if you buy brine shrimp as sea monkeys, you're paying like $1400 a pound. anyway, reading the page where you can reorder eggs and food and magic sea monkey treats.... it's just weird.

All of the Sea-Monkey® packets are made in America and sold only by Transcience Corp. Prepaid Mail Order ONLY by check, money order or cash in US Dollars! Okay, so you want people to send cash through the mail? Most places specifically ask that you do NOT send cash. No other means of payment is accepted. There are no sales of pouches or the accessories shown on this site except by Mail Order. I don't understand how ANY company in this age only does mail-order. if you already have a website, pay someone $50 to set up an online store.

Click on the item you want and then click on (BUY NOW). The MAIL ORDER form that pops up is INTERACTIVE. Just enter the QUANTITY of the items you want and when finished click the CALCULATE tab at the bottom of the order form. The system will complete the computation and show the total cost of the order, including S/H.
Fill in the address information on the bottom section of the order form completely! Include all the information needed to successfully ship your order. Please be sure to include your email address and Area Code & phone number. Wow! An interactive mail order form. Cool! I don't have to actually write anything, I can type it all in there - because of technology! Oh, except for having to address the envelope.
If you include your preprinted, crack & peel address label, it will help a great deal in speeding delivery. Because we don't actually want to write anything either, and if you send your own address label we don't even mind using mail-order.​
Sea-Monkeys mail-clerk appreciate odor-free letters because they waste less time shooing the bees and process the mail faster. Italics not mine, though I can't seem to turn them off. What does this even MEAN? What odor? Bees?

Send the completed Mail Order form and payment to the Transcience address shown at the top of the Mail Order Form.

Allow about 28-35 days for delivery after mailing your completed form and payment, depending on how far you are from Maryland. Print and Mail the FULLY completed form with payment in US dollars to Transcience. Okay, seriously? You want people to wait a month? How does that make any sense? Maybe if the shipping was free, but you charge for that so I'm assuming your method of shipping doesn't include taping the items to the back of a tortoise and hoping he finds his way.
