As I dive into this, I have more questions.....sorry.
1.) Can I use regular white sugar instead of cane sugar (sucrose) in the mixture?
2.) As previously mentioned in my original post, I have a kH of 2 degrees (35.8ppm), should I raise this first before injecting?
3.) How many bottles should I start with? I have a Hagen ladder system already on the go and 1 2L bottle is for a 30G tank, so should I have 2 or 3 2L bottles?
4.) On the DIY reactor, is the pillow at the bottom just so the gases don't escape as easy?

Dismiss#3 above. I will start with 2 2L and go from there, if more are needed, I will add them. Any thoughts on the other questions?
