I'm hesistant to ask such a simple question, but I'd like to know what is the name of the tube/pipe (and where do you get it?) that I see most of you using on your return lines into your aquairums. It's black and kinda looks like beads, it looks flexible so you can aim the water and looks like you can pose it and it'll hold the position. Usually people have a flat fitting on the end of it that looks like a flat vacuum cleaner hose attachment.
If this isn't a good description, maybe I can find a pic to attach. Let me know.

Thanks

Yep, Loc-Line is commonly used for plumbing in marine tanks.

Been trying to figure out the same thing...so maybe this is a dumb question - but my bulkhead is 1.5" in diameter...and those loc-line parts only go up to 3/4" at a max -

so...i was figuring i would get some sort of flexible hose (ie, vacuum hose) that was about 1.75" think, use a hose clamp to tighten it over the bulkhead.

Am I missing something here? Marinedepot sells 1.5 inch bulkheads - but then how do you downgrade that to fit the loc-line parts...I'm sure there's an obvious answer, but I can't find it in any of my books or online.

FYI, here's a pic of my bulkhead here:

THANKS!
