Zoomed started making a basking light specifically for turtles.

yea i saw those however they are not full spectrum lights... they dont out put the UVB rays only UVA so i have two lights one for UVB and another that outputs UVA and heat

Looks good! One concern with the tubs is the bowing... That can be fixed a couple of ways. One is to buy a second tub and put them one inside the other. Another is to build a frame of 2 X 4s to support the weight of the water.

Mud and Musk Turtles are a non-basking species so they really don't need lighting that puts out UVB/UVA rays. But I say it definitely couldn't hurt to have them. I use full spectrum lighting on my Mud and Musk Turtle tank even though they never bask.

It's some brand of in-tank filter but I can tell you it's not enough for that size tub. The rule of thumb with turtles is to buy a filter that is rated for at least twice the volume of water you're dealing with. If I'm not mistaken those type of filters are really only good for like 10-15 gallon tanks. Unless you like doing water changes, get a good canister filter.
