Dear, dear gentlemen. I am so sorry that my reply has been delayed, but late as it was this past evening I had to prioritize tasks and my fish needed their water freshened and their needs do supersede other more trivial matters.
This morning I wrote a dazzlingly witty and scathingly deadly reply to Guppyboy and Pawn, or whatever the heck other chess piece that moderator is named after, but after review of it I realized I must not post it.
It is beneath my good breeding and genteel upbringing to deliberately fatally wound the self esteem and utterly destroy the self confidence of anyone, no matter how well deserved it might be by certain ones of our AC male members.
Ladies…. Dear Ladies… we must remember ourselves….lest we forget that down through the ages of mankind’s history it has always been our burden, our cross to bear, if you will, as women, to protect the delicate ego that accompanies the male member. Err… I meant the male AC member.
Our AC male members are dear to us…. We must protect them, and nurture them… yes build up their self esteem and, yes, sometimes at our own expense. Because, you see, that is who we are: lofty, noble creatures, selfless and steadfast in our magnanimity.
In regards to the definition of post, having been enlightened by Guppyboy, I thought I would attach some pictures that, therefore, fit the definition of posts and would have worked as well as the OPs original post: << A post is a post is a post...Its made of wood....it tands upright...it has things attached to it....ITS A POST !!!!! >> says Guppyscape
Now, we ladies, having an innate elegance and purity of thought, would have posted a picture of something like this, and therefore would have eliminated any possibility of misinterpretation:
Thanks for the offer... but I'm sure those won't be necessary. None of our gentlemen would ever hit a lady. Poke fun at us, pull our pigtails.... throw our dollies up a tree, but never would they resort to violence.
