Unfortunately, they're a little camera shy so far. Well, they're actually rather everything-shy. I just brought them home earlier this evening and they're in quarantine for a couple weeks. If they're nice and healthy through the quarantine, they'll join the 75 gallon tank.

I've never seen a discus that's solid yellow/orange like this before. I went to the store not planning to buy anything but a mag-float for each of my tanks. When I was looking at their fish, the yellow guy caught my eye right away and then I saw the other one in there and decided to pick up both of them.

Very nice....uhhh...can you ship them to me? :dance2:

Very nice discus. I am actually surprised to see you putting your discus through QT....almost every discus keeper I come across doesnt do this step. So kudos to you. And, the turquoise looking discus...that is a rare find because of its unique patterning...the vertical stripes on the forward half of the body. Those are typically termed "tiger stripped" turquoise and are quite hard to find here in the US...let alone in a LFS. You must have a good LFS, lol. Both of them are nice looking too. Good find.

I wouldn't dare put them in my 75g right away. I just lost my whole 29g marine tank because I didn't quarantine a new flame pygmy angel. :( I couldn't take that chance with the 75. It's my baby ;)

You say that's a rare breed huh? They had another one like it. I should've gotten that one too. ;) I got them from That Fish Place in Lancaster, PA. I've always had good luck with fish from there. They really know their stuff. The guy asked me about my tank setup and stuff before he sold me the fish too, which i appreciated.

VERY NICE its a great step to put them in quarantine hope everything goes well

Cajun..how are they handling the transistion?

Very beautiful, I would love to see some in real life, my LFS was supposed to be getting some in from a person that didnt' want them anymore I was soo excited to see them but they never showed up...
