Sorry I haven't posted or responded in a while, I didn't know the forum was back up.
All questions regarding the 40 breeder should be sent to sinesra@jmu.edu (also tuthelimit as Aquariacentral).
As for the 75g that is in Vernon, NJ. Right now the offer stands at $100. It includes a stand (black and wooden), a top and the included light. I don't know the wattage.
The tank is coming up on 2 years of age. It was only running for 1 (African set up) and has been inactive. Reason why: I live in Virginia in an appartment where I go to school and cannot have a tank that size here. I do not have any digital camera and therefore no photos... sorry.
A pickup would have to be arranged unless I can talk one of my friends into meeting you somewhere. The specifics are negotiable.

I would like to buy the 75 gallon but I'd like to see it first. If you could email me at sezaro21@optonline.net to set up a date to come and look at it. If it looks good I'll buy it.
