I am currently running a UGF with 2 power heads and CC. I am going to be converting to sand and much more LR. I would have done this before now except for my money situation and had to do other things to the tank first. I didnt know much about anything when I started then went broke when I started to realize what i was supposed to do with my tank. My question is (and this might be a FW forum question) should I save the UGF if I decide to upgrade to a larger SW tank and turn my current tank into a planted FW? Or should I just get rid of it. I never did planted FW before but I am far too into this fish thing to go into to anything half hearted. Thanks everyone you guys are such a great help and so very informative and in the next few months I hope to graduate to the General Marine forums
