That makes me laugh ... would you eat nothing for a week after pigging out?! :huh:
Surely it would be better to feed them a little ... I mean less than usual ... until they are less tubby? Epsom salts sounds like a good idea too if they are staying bloated.
But then maybe starvation works with greedy fish ... doesn't sound good to me though! Also hope you are feeling better soon
