Un-cycled tank with 2 oscars.

I didn't know they would grow so fast. One of my friends has a 400 gallon tank built in between her recreation room and her kitchen. The only problem is she already has 4 jack dempsey's in it and I just noticed 10 minutes ago that these fish have ICH!!! She won't take them if they have ich. I'll be following the steps in the salt treatment. Surely they had it before he brought them here!!!

Could you please tell me what you use to condition your water? The lfs said all I needed was this stress coat and stress zyme. I do have Genesis to remove the chlorine. But they also gave me stress zyme at that time. It was another fish store that sold me stress coat and a different kind of stress zyme. I can't trust anyone from any fish store and that's sad! Should I just use Genesis to remove the chlorine and that's it??? And also, I'm adding some gravel in some panty hose like Puffernewbee suggested.

All I add is a dechlorinator. I've used Tamsco Zip Drops,Kent Chlorinex, and some other brand I forgot the name of. Many people here seem to like Prime. I think they are all pretty much the same.
