Underwater lights

is there submersible lighting that would be helpful lighting for plants?
I assume the LED lights don't do anything for plants.

Nothing that would really help because plants need the light at their leaves.

Right, that's what I am looking for, because there isnt really any way to get light in from above. Its for the tank with the houseplants on top.

Look on dr fostersI do beleive I saw underwater fluorescent tubes.

Thats what I was thinking. they say to throw away when its done and not to change the bulb. but if they can do it in blue why not other spectrum?

sorry to change the subject, but...are there decorative color lighting that can be put underwater like to make a cool bubblewall look?
