Unexplained fish deaths?

I have recently had a series of fish deaths.
My reef has been established for 6 years now
and in the last month I have lost every fish that was in there
including 2 introductions.
I have tested my water myself, paid for a local store to test it with everything checking out within safe measures.
And did a water change that accounted for about 1/3 of the tank
just to be safe.
All my corals are fine, and as are the sand star, brittle star, and snails.

Have I overlooked something? :look:

What is your normal waterchange schedule? What are your readings for ammonia, nitrite, and nitrates?

Prehaps an electrical shock or something like that?

Perhaps you have a predator in your tank. Do you hear clicking noises ever coming from your tank? (mantis shrimp)

Also large worms (nocturnal) can kill you fish, also maybe your tank has a internal parisite?
