Unidentified loach + a misc. question

How about this? I bought him at Petco:

Thanks for all your help everyone. It's none of the loaches suggested. I've been searching through the loaches.com website with no luck. The closest I can find so far is a loach called botia robusta. The difference with my loach is he's much more slender (possible underfeeding) and he has a single black dot at the top of the dorsal fin rather than a band of black running along the outside curve of the fin.

My first thought would be botia striata but thats already been mentioned - although you didnt respond to that with a yes or no... by the way some of them develop forked paterns or even circles while some do not.

Sorry for not answering. No, it's not that one. I tried again today to photograph him and he's just too fast for me. He's like the hummingbird of the fish world.
I'm fairly certain it's a sinibotia of sorts.

He as my yoyo seems to have also adopted my dojo loach. The new loach likes to cuddle with Mr. Dojo.

then u might be the proud owner of a horse face loach! congrats, get more if u have a bigger tank!
