Unknown Angelfish disease please help!

I have searched and searched and have no idea what this could be, about three weeks ago my angelfish first developed what looks exactly like a whitehead pimple on the side of her body just below her top fin, which i then moved her into a qt tank and treated with furan-2 for a week and it seemed to have mostly cleared it up so i put her back with her man, then a few days later on the other side of her body in the same spot another pimple came up, and the old one started to come back, the pimples eventually are turning into holes as the "whitehead" comes out. she is eating and being a pain to her man as usual, none of my other fish have signs of illness and my water levels are all fine. You guys are my last resort, please help me diagnose my angel so i can treat her and get her better and back into breeding! :)

i cannot speak to seeing it on an angelfish yet, but I did have a flowerhorn that developed something very similar and I was able to clear the problem with Formalin 3 by Kordon..

What did you suspect it was for you to treat with these meds.?
 
I cant tell if this is simple pimple or not.

Four possibilities comes to mind:
1. tumor
2. Lymphocystis
3. Fish Pox
4. Fish TB (only if angel was exposed to extreme condition for long time such as lower than 6.0 pH)

It also seems this may be SHE? I cant tell for sure but I think ovipositor is visible.
Maybe ready to spwan soon if mate is avail?

Google for more info and images and compare before tempting treatment(s), if any, since you can make best comparison and determination.

She has a mate and they breed all the time but havent since she developed these pimple things... :) shes usually a very happy healthy, bossy little girl and well that hasnt changed except for these things that are now turning into holes
 
I guess white protrusion has fell off or diminished?

Hmm, nothing comes to mind.
Any close up of hole? ALthough fish can heal on its own, , it can lead to further implications on exposed flesh. Any close up pics?
