Unknown Critter

The other day I noticed something new in my tank but am not sure what it is. Hoping someone can help me out.

It's white with some black specs. Is between 1/4" - 1/2" long. Moves along the rocks like a snail but it doesn't have a shell. Only comes out at night.

Any ideas on what this is and if it is bad for a reef tank?

Thanks for the site. That could be it but i don't recall seeing a shell - unless it's more soft than what's in those photos.
