I'm sorry but it is going to be pretty hard to tell unless you have a better pic.

Looks like a baby irridescent shark.

sorry wesleydnuder, but it almost look like black ghost fish difference is, its tale which is not pointed

I'm thinking Kryptopterus cryptopterus or a closely related asian cat. These are sometimes sold as painted grass (or glass) cats. If they live they can get up to 18".
