UNKNOWN PLANT?

thanks, checked it out and i think smokeys right its a lily, anyone know if they carry them at petsmart in bulbs, thats about the only way i can explain it being in my tank. i bought some bulbs and put them in there with now clue as to what they were but that was a long time ago.
yeah,smokey had it right.the bulbs usually sprout within a few days of submerging.but,ive had many a lily and aponogeton bulb that got moved to the back of the tank by current or fish that i had no idea were there until i pruned back to find fully established and beautiful plants.did you locate the bulb after you snapped the leaf?
well its a good thing i didnt pull the rest, my hopes paid off and i just noticed some more growth today.
