ok i just got a pregnent guppy from walmart 2 day, so i put it in one of those things, do you think the gup will have babies in that small thing? and check out my new platty.... and my heater just crapped out, dont worry no fish are baked but i dont got a heater for the 3gups and platy..i will get another heater tomoro. what should i set it at? any recomendations?
 
ya ok, have any of you guys ever had a guppie have fry in one of those?
 
I bought one of those stupid things for a pregnant platy that I had awhile ago. She had her babies in there, but the babies managed to swim right back through the slots and get eaten before I had a chance to get momma out of it. I managed to save one baby though.
 
thats crappy.... O well gonna have to make somethin.. i hope it works for me, i really need this batch to work...she looks like a any day fish.... but what do i no... I hope this week she gives birth, i have 2 other ones that got really hugh... ther from a home grown batch,the mom died at birth but she had the fry??? and now the bloated ones are the fry... , i think ther bloated? what would this be caused buy?
 
I have a sweet breeding trap. Big enough for one Molly. The babies fall through a slot that feeds them into a tube over to a second chamber which is totally seperate from mom. I once saved 50 or more babies in it from two pregnant mollies. One had them one day and the other had some a few days later.
