Anyone ever come across any driftwood they couldn't ever get to sink?
2 years ago, I purchased this large 10"w x 20"H camel head shaped piece of driftwood, that had a thick chunk of marble screwed to the bottom. Soaked it for 2 months, but would still float, would pull the marble slab right up. I still put it in my 120g, but had to keep it under the center brace to keep it down. Kept in there for 2yrs, took it out a week ago, and still floats,
not as buoyant, but strong enough to float the marble.
Buy alot of mylaysian, but for this tank, wanted to go with some native wood. Ive been soaking about 4 new pieces for a week, and hope it gets waterlogged, but if not, do u have any suggestions?
