UPDATE: monster bn pleco

Impressive fish, but I hate to be the one to tell you that he is just a regular BN pleco.
Not a longfin, Maybe a tad bit large for a BN though...
Agreed, not a long fin. Otherwise the fins would be much more exaggerated at that size.

And also keep in mind that fish measurements often will not include the caudal fin.

Asertions require proof, and when the proof shows the assertion to be wrong, you can't blame someone for saying so. You may certainly take issue with how they say it, but to defend the assertion or the asserter (is that even a word?) after it has been disproven provokes a few questions best not raised here.Standard length in fish (SL) is measured from the front of the head to the caudal peduncle, aka the base of the tail. Fins do not count.
