It's all cycled and I have 4 guppies.
2 male 2 female, tonight i'm going to get more female (around a 1:3 ratio for guppies I heard) so should i stay with just 6 female, 2 male guppies?

I have two clown loaches that are fairly small in the tank also.

What else can I fit in the tank? (Its a XH version of the 20 gallon).
(if the loaches get to big i'll move them to the 55 gallon.)

I always like to have some sort of colorful schooling fish. Neon tetras, or lemon tetras, cherry barbs, or harlequin rasboras are good choices. A school of around 6 of any of those would be kind of spiffy.

The clown loaches need a larger tank, they may grow slow, but still need more room.

thanks for your inputs, i'll look into the ones you mention harlock.

major i realised that after i bought them, and i do have a fairly empty 55 gallon thats cyclign, i will move them into it if they get too big or i will probably when its done cycling.
