Update on baby apple snails

Well, they are still pretty small but I can pretty much tell what colors they will be. I have purple, magentas, ivories, golds, burgundy, and blues. Also, discovered two berried dark green shrimp today (Yay! My first of this species). And I now have 5 berried crystal reds! I am very excited!

lol congrats jinkz, the green shrimp looks awesome.. im also having a not so bad today with the inverts.. found out my dwarf cray is berried. (one type of invert your missing)

Woohoo! congrats Bk! I told myself I would expand the invert empire further until I have at least 1/5 of my tanks having fish, lol. Eventually I may get some dwarf crays but I would like to fill up the next 2 tanks with fish.

with these guys fish can be kept without a problem.
How long until the green eggs actually develop into tiny shrimps?

I don't know, I am assuming around 3 weeks. They are slow to mature though.

i got my greens in novembe,r and they were half grown, and a few weeks ago i just saw the first babies quarter inch and less, been hiding good so they grow a lot slower than cherries, plus the babies are red/brown till older, look kinda like cherries, some are starting to fade to pale green,...
