UPDATE PHOTOS OF TANGS

wow those are awsome PB i like the tx holey rock. i want to get some but im not sure were to find it and weither or not its legal. dont it come from the austin/san antonio area and i live about 2 hours from there. im just not sure where they come from in that area
 
If you head into San Antonio, Keller Materials is worth a stop. They have holey rock for about .40 cents a pound. Different fish places carry the holey rock as well, but it tends to be more expensive there. Check out some landscaping places that carry rocks, you might get lucky.

Yeah i think the texas holey rock is in San Antonio not sure thou but if your close to it go out and find it yourself would be cheaper aye, hehehe if i lived that close to it all of my tanks would be full of THR..

Honestly if it were illegal to do the THR man half of Texas would be under house arrest, but i am pretty sure its not illegal only common sense wise would be if you go on someones property make sure you obtain written or verbal consent nothing worse than a landowner pointing a gun at you thinking your an intruder aye..

Thanks for the comments man i appreciate that plus i do try to put myself in the fishes place so i try really hard to maintain them and give them the utmost care i can provide..

That is sweet because here i pay like 3.99 a pound for it. so what i do is buy a piece here and there, but the most i have paid at one time was 40 bucks for a few pieces.. highway robbery..
 
it really is people will do anything to get a buck. im definatly gonna give that place a look. you cant beat it for that price. i want to look for some and just take some but i highly doubt ill just find it lying around. and for .40 a pound you absolutly cant go wrong.

P.S. hey PB i have all the pics on this tread running as a slideshow for the background on my macbook. do you have anymore pics????

Hey Austinpet man all my photos are on my computer i have been thinking about loading them on a website but wow that would probably take me a few days..
