upgrade question

i'm planning on a 340g tank for about 6-8 balas. the tank will be 10.8 feet long x 2 feet tall x 2 feet wide

i know they get big thast why i dont wanna get more but i did get them when i didnt know how huge they'd be but 200 gal daamn thast like 2g's

I have a 180 gal that came with stand/lights/hood/2 cannister filters/an ugf/and a hang on back filter and about 300-400 worth of fish and paid 800.00 for the whole setup

A tank size that huge must be a sight to behold! Just curious....how much would that weigh.....Please show us pictures when you have it all together!

Well I guess there goes my ambition for bala sharks, I was thinking about a species tank. I knew they needed room, but I didn't know they needed that much room. Well, I guess theres plenty of other fishies to choose from.....

it will be a while before i get that tank. it would be built into a wall, so i'd have to wait until i get my own house. right now i'm still in an appartment. but it would weigh more than 2800 pounds when full of water. but because the weight would be spread across 10 feet, it should be alright with only a bit of floor reinforcement.
