Upgrade to penquin?

i Have a basic Top Fin setup that all came together and my tank has looked pretty well up till a few days ago. Its starting to get a little dingy and has lots of stuff i pic up when i do water changes with my python syphon so i wanted to know if a penguin filter would help and if so what kind? Thanks in advance

Is it just poo and left over food that you are siphoning up, but any ways more filtration is always a good thing.

I have a penguin 330 (now known as a penguin 350) on my 25 gallon livebearers tank for seven years now with no problems. This penguin filter should be more than sufficient for your size aquarium.

You might think about moving some of the fish elsewhere, also. Seems a bit crowded to me.
