Upgrading to a bigger tank

The stress of a water change isn't too much. It is much easier than the stress of poor water conditions. So keep it up. But I would look at treating that ich. Raise the tank temp to 84F to start and do dialy water changes like you have been doing. I am not sure which medication is best. You might wish to start another thread so others with more ich experince can chime in.

if you were to use all new stuff like you said you should get biospira heres someones journal on setting up his new tank with it http://www.hoerl.com/biospira.html and a lot of other people i know used it and liked it too. just follow all directions on there. you can find a store that has it by entering your zipcode here http://www.marineland.com/products/mllabs/ml_biospira.asp a few people told me not to order it because it has to stay cold and you know how much usps, fedex etc. screws up.

Well, I turned the temp up just a little bit ago. I'll look at it before I go to work tonight and adjust it accordingly. I was reading on a couple of other threads. Would adding aquarium salt help any? I just want to keep my fish as healthy as possible through this phase. I'm also looking into that biospira to set up this new tank. I'm heading into OKC this weekend and stopping by Pet Smart. Hopefully they'll have something that'll help!! Thanks Guys!
