Urgent ground skink help!!!

Most skinks will not drink water directly so it is a waste to put it in the water. If you dust it on their food it will work out better but it will be worthless until you get the light since they cannot use one without the other.

Depending on your local store small crickets are about 1/4 of an inch sometimes larger sometimes smaller.

What are they eating now?

I know most lizards don't actually drink from water bowls but I have seen all of mine do it regularly. They just kinda sit in the water and lap it up. My smallest one is doing great and eating fruit flies but my other 2 are harder to feed. I have tried a variety of insects but they LOVE small spiders. I guess it makes sense since the area they where found at is loaded with tiny wolf spiders. I will probably post pics later today.
