Urgent Help!!anchor Worms!

Ok I needs information on safely removing anchor worms & lice. I could'nt find
"dimlin" anywhere. I need help & fast. I have already lost one molly
Please do contribute if you know something about anchor worms.

When my tank had anchor works I bought a dissolving tablet medicine at my LFS. It's by Jungle, it's called tank buddies I think. Buy the parasite one.

my mollies have anchor worms, i have already lost two...... i have tried various medicines and ssalt bathes. As a last hope i am going to try copper in the QT.
