That's the link you need to order BioSpira from the US - but I've no idea if it will still be usable after the 2-3 days (or more) it may take to reach you. It actually isn't that expensive though (relatively speaking), so it may be worth it to try to save your fish.

If you don't have one already, add an aerator (air pump and stone) to your tank. It will help your fish get oxygen.

If that pH is accurate, you need to make a mental note *never* to let your nitrites get out of control. Nitrite becomes much more deadly at very high pH readings.
I suspect it *is* correct, since you are running an aerator and gassing off any CO2 that may be in the water.
