URGENT - is this apastia? Need answer asap!!!

I just bought some mushroom coral to place in my tank and I just noticed this thing stuck to the rock. Is this the dreaded Apastia or something else? Sorry for the photos, the thing is still in the bag (where it will stay until I know what it is). If it is apastia how do I kill it without harming the mushrooms?

Please make quick response as I don't know how long it is safe to keep the mushrooms in their transport baggie.

Thanks!

Sorry about that, I'm still getting use to all this posting stuff ...

Its natural preditors are pepermint shrimp, or the copper banded buterly. or you can inject it with boiling water, or kalk paste. I prefer the shrimp, because they add to the tank, and are not as dificult to keep as a copper banded buterfly

They are supposed to be reef safe. They are scavengers, they eat all that uneaten food that falls to the bottom of your tank. I am not 100% certain, but I do think mine ate a haitain pink tip anemone. My hatian pink tip moved to the cave that the shrimp hide in. I found the stump to it, with a shrimp on it. I do not know if it died, and then they ate it, or if they ate it while it was living. I would say it died, and then they ate it, because they were never intrested in it while it was in the open.
