URGENT!! Please help me save my guppy!!

Sorry for your loss, but no one meant ill here, from what I see. For all any of us know, the death was just a genetic issue of a fancy male guppy that is mass produced. Though my odds are on the better/guppy combo.

Most all of us here have had our failures, not only in the beginning but along our way in the hobby. Learn, ask, and try advice as allowed. Instant cures for quick recovery just don't happen in the fishy world. ;)

I understand that but when I ask for help and I'm told to stop poking, moving and looking at the bowl, (I wasn't even doing the first 2) it's kind of ridiculous. Especially considering looking at the bowl from a chair a good distance away is really not gonna hurt anything. I just don't get it. My betta has been fine with male guppies before. (I'm really not even sure which fish attacked him. The ADFs have claws, so it might have been them)

And he wasn't just a cheap fancy guppy. I was told that he was professionally bred, and he was very expensive, so I don't think it was a genetic disease.

Where did you buy it from?

Where did you buy it from?
I bought it from a store called The Reef. They told me that they got all of their guppies from professional breeders, and the male costed $16

I'm sorry the fish died. Your descriptions of checking were not consistent with leaving the fish alone. As with everything on the internet, you are free to accept or disregard any advice offered.
