I honestly have no idea. It was 1.018, I removed all but about 1.5-2 gal, and added straight fresh water. I don't yet have a hydrometer that reads that low. Do you happen to know of a good one?

My guess is that your going to go thru a complete system crash now. Check your ammonia/nitrite/nirtrate regularly for the next week or more.

Instant Ocean & SeaTest both make hydrometers that start at 1.000.
