What's the best way to make sure my upside-down catfish are getting enough to eat? Between the danios and the clown loaches, there never seems to be any food left over for them.
I do feed at night and I try to 'distract' everybody else by putting some food on the other end of the tank and then I squirt food right down on the sand next to their log. Last night I tried turning off all the lights in the room and just kept the blue lights on and I noticed that the tiny one aka 'Scaredy Cat' rumaged around for a few seconds but then those nosey clown loaches came over to see what was going on and she skedaddled into the cave again.
Will they resort to eating algae and plants if they get hungry enough?
