Using oil to stick on tank background.

I am glad to hear some people get it working from time to time. I tried it once only. After struggling with the air bubbles and then the edges I just let it be. It was really gross when I took the tank down to store for a while, though.

I saw a suggestion in another thread suggesting custom-printed window clings. I looked into the prices and they are not that crazy.

Glad to hear you got it working.

The other issue I read online is if the glass bows at all. Any bowing and it's going to pull/crease. Good times I tell ya.. Good times.

The mineral oil, a squegee, and scotch tape for the ends, and you should be in business.
I used petroleum jelly on mine, (too thick, it was a pain!), but worked out in the end.

Yep, it held fine all night with some tape across the top and sides. No bubbles.
