using tap water

Im in Richmond Hill and emailed public works. They guy wasent real smart but said they add chrorine and ammoina so Im assuming they mean chlormine.

So, im assuming the evaporation method (leaving the water out overnight) wont work then, right?. **** chloramine.

Probably not. A good de chlor like "Prime" will work well..

Just wanna mention i live in north york so thats pretty close to richmond hill.

My mom puts tap water in jugs and lets them sit for like a week because she needs to water the plants and she doesn't want chlorine in her plants so I just use that with the de chlor thing also when I do a little water change.
