Yeah they guaranteed the package I sent would be delivered by 3:00 pm but it showed up a day late. The fish are all fine and everything worked out, just a bit frustrating. I may still go down there and fill out the form for a refund as I don't like charging someone $35.00 for overnight delivery just to have it take two days. It's not fair to them.
I'm still waiting for the fish I purchased, so hopefully I receive them in good health.
