12+ years of marraige, 9 years with my current company, and my Wife and I have never had a vacation that didn't involve children, buisiness, family get togethers or some other distraction that didn't let us be totally selfish. tomorrow morning we shall depart for new York where will will board a princess cruise boat for 6.5 days of fall leaves, deep sea fishing, cooking classes and R&R. I am excited. the cell phone is said to be dysfunctional in the north atlantic and I imagine I'll forget to turn it on when we hit port. The cooking classes are the best part. Seafood galore and lots of ports. Halifax, New brunswick, bar Harbor, Rhode Island (deep sea fishing day), Boston, and Back to New York Harbor. I've never seen a whale, and never seen the statue of Liberty. additionally, I have never caught a swordfish, or fished the north Atlantic. My wife and I both love to cook, and we both Eat almost anything that swims in Saltwater so the cooking gig ought to be awesome. Maybe we can do a lobster bake for the AC picnic after I get some training and practice.

FANTASTIC! Have a great time....I've been married 21 years with two kids...hard to find the time for the getaways - BUT YOU GOTTA DO IT FOR SANITY SAKE! Hehe...

Ahh, sanity now there is something to dream about !!!! I used to be sane I think, but I can't recall and the voices are telling me I never was. I try not to argue with the voices though :D We have a 21 year old daughter (until 10-5-05 when she turns 22) and a 21 year old son (just turned 21) sanity is not an option. We also have a beautiful 7 month old granddaughter and another due in april. Oh yeah there is also that son-in Law guy, and my mother in Law moved in last friday to live out her days in peace :help: :help:

Congrats..!
Everyone should enjoy your celebration! -- Pics Please!!.. It's required... :D

I'm envious.. :)

Yep, pictures will be required!! Sounds awesome!! I'm a little afraid to go on a cruise myself, I hear horror stories of people eating so much b/c the food is so good and bringing home an extra 10-15 lbs. with all their great memories :p: !!! Luckily you guys don't usually care about that sort of thing  !
Have a great time

Oh, it's time for 'that' cruise,eh? ;)

Have fun, goof off lots, learn lots of yummy recipes to share, and let your wife protect you. :D
