vacation pictures

I was on vacation last week and my family and I went to a beach in New Jersey. Well I took a picture of a seagull eating this strange looking fish.
It kind of looks like a catfish. I also took a picture of another thing I don't know exactly what it is. Kind of hoping you guys would know what it is lol. There was little white things on it.
Anyway, here are the pictures.

Not sure about the fish. As to the other pics, I was eating rice crispy treats on the beach and drinking and...well, you can figure it out. :crazy:

The fish looks like it could be a sea-robin.....

It's like the Sunnie of the Saltwater.

I thought sea gulls were nice, gentle, active, playful creatures. The one on the picture looks very very mean. Like it is saying "Get away, it's mine! mine!"
