Vacation proofing. What did I forget?

i need to prepare a 1 month+ vacation that will possibly have no care taker... not looking forward (although i could get my uncle to do a water change at least). Got any tips for me?

One month is way out of my league. Somebody with more experience should help you. Try a new thread so more folks can see it.

I agree, it is best not to hijack a current thread, if you start a fresh one, issues dont get confused and answers mixed up...
