Vancouver BC: Anyone got snails to share?

Mybe in the wrong forum... I can't seem to find anyone locally who have regular old pond snails (or anyone who will admit to it anyways.) I want them to feed to my loaches, and I figure since (generally) they are pests, they ought to be easy to come by in large quantities for cheap, but no luck.

Anyone got some?

Pond snails.

You might want to try posting in the "Wanted Section" under classified's. You could also try posting in the "Coldwater Section" as well. Not sure if you are looking for regular old pond snails that would go outside in a koi pond or you are looking more for snails to go in an aquarium, like Red Ramshorn's or MTS.

I thought I'd get more views here, but you're probably right... I've already got MTS, but they are highly "eat resistant".

I have many common snails, but I do not live in your area. Sorry. Could ship them, but I'm pretty sure that the intn'l shipping would be outrageous.

Don't know if this will help, but my pet store had what seems like an outbreak of the little pest snails because in a whole bunch of their tanks, they were climbing all over everything. I'm pretty sure they don't sell them, so you could see if maybe your local petstore has a similar problem and will possibly just give them to you to get rid of them. Couldn't hurt to ask!
