Various questions on stem plants

I recently got a bunch of stemmed plants from a friend, and so far, I came up with the following identifications based on pictures and from what he said the company tagged them as

Bacopa lanigera
Hygrophila corymbosa (Giant Hygro)
Hydrophilia polysperma
Alternanthera reineckii (aka Scarlet Hygro)
Alternanthera roseafolia
Egeria densa (Elodea densa, aka Anacharis)
Ludwigia repens (Ludwigia natans)

Also, I apparently have three plants which I personally have no clue what they are....one looks to be an Amazon Sword, while the other two were simply labelled Peruensis and Hemigraphis species

Can anyone help me identify those plants? I'll upload pictures as soon as possible

In addition, for the stem plants, are there any special planting techniques that are required, or can I just simply plunge them into the substrate? If I'm not mistaken, the Anacharis can be grown floating as well?

The Peruensis is actually Echinodorus parviflorus "peruensis," so it's another sword.

Hemigraphus is not a true aquarium plant. It's a terrarium plant which will only last a few weeks to a couple months underwater.

As for planting suggestions, I'd get a pair of long (1') tweezers. In my dwarf frog link in my sig, I list a site that sells them for 3$. They will make life easier.

There really aren't too many rules to just planting them, but if you have a gigantic bunch, separating it a bit will help the bottoms to get light.

Anachris can be grown floating, correct.

Thanks for the info, I just checked up on the Peruensis, and found out that it's not actually Echinodorus parviflorus, but Ludwigia peruensis.

Thanks for the tips on the tweezers, would a place like Wal Mart or something carry them?

Hmm. I'm not sure I've heard of Ludwigia peruensis...maybe it's an archaic scientific name...or I could just not be familiar. I do know of a Ludwigia perennis, though.

I wasn't able to find the tweezers locally, either through medical supply stores or craft stores, but thats not to say its impossible.

Ludwigia peruensis is the same as Ludwigia glandulosa, perennis is the same as well different spelling, in fact I do not think either one of you spelled it right!

Um okay, I'm not sure what you mean. I spelled both peruensis and perennis the same as you, and I got my spellings from Tropica (the peruensis I originally was referring to is Ech. parviflorus). I am aware that perennis is L. glandulosa. But PERUensis is not the same word as perennis.l

Speaking of which, I finally took a picture (a really, really bad picture) of my "unknown" plant.
